Create your MAPEX account and organization

1. Create your account

Sign up with your name, work email and mobile number, choose a password and accept the terms. We send a 6-digit code to confirm your email.

2. Set up your organization

• Legal name and trading name
• Country and city; VAT and commercial registration numbers are optional and can be added later
• Industry, size, branches and employees
• Currency, fiscal year, language and time zone

3. Tell us what you need

Choose what you want to improve — finances, the whole company, in-store sales, inventory and more. MAPEX recommends the products that fit and shows each product's current status honestly.

4. Start or get notified

Products that are available can be started from your account. For products that are coming soon, your organization is ready and we let you know when they launch.

Who bills you

Your country decides the billing company, the currency and the VAT on your invoices — Saudi Riyals with 15% VAT for customers in Saudi Arabia and the GCC.
