These terms govern your use of the MAPEX Hub website. Use of products such as APEX ERP is also governed by the subscription agreement accepted in your MAPEX Hub account.
2.Accounts
You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for keeping your credentials secure.
3.Acceptable use
You may not misuse the services, attempt to access data that is not yours, or interfere with the platform's security or availability.
4.Your data
You own your business data. We process it only to provide the services and as described in our privacy policy.
5.Availability & changes
We work to keep the services available and may update features over time. Planned features are labelled as such and are not commitments.
6.Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the services are provided as available. Specific commitments are set out in your subscription agreement.
7.Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
